In 2012, I began working with adolescents, children and families, as a school-based therapist addressing challenges related to ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression and executive-functioning skills.
Life can be challenging and the additional obstacles of change, strong emotions and a lack of a sense of control can make the challenge feel overwhelming. I partner with people to help them learn skills to overcome or manage these obstacles in order to feel a better sense of control and resilience.

She has a passion for working with adults with ADHD and ASD, as well as parents of children with unique needs.
Does navigating responsibilities of work, home, and social obligations leave you feeling overwhelmed? Have you found yourself struggling to feel genuine happiness or find that social situations leave you feeling drained? Are you the parent of a child with unique needs that often feels overwhelmed, isolated, and left with little energy for yourself? Do your neurotypical tendencies make navigating social cues, effectively communicating your needs, and executive function tasks a challenge? Are life transitions making you feel anxious? If you can identify with any of these situations, Rhonda would love the opportunity to assist.

Navigating childhood and adolescence can be hard enough for an individual, but it's also tough on parents. There are no manuals that come with being a parent. When one person in the family is struggling, the entire family system struggles. I work with children, teens, and their caregivers on finding the tools to navigate through difficult issues. I am a clinician who is experienced to help with anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, school issues, behavioral challenges, suicidal ideation/self-harm, social challenges, and other mood-related concerns. I believe if the child is thriving, then the family system thrives.
