We need to know we are not alone in whatever we are facing in life. Also, a common struggle for many is lacking a sense of purpose or meaning in their lives, often leading to frustration and despair. I have experience in assisting clients dealing with depression, anxiety, Autism, ADHD, substance use, and many other mental health challenges. I enjoy working with adults to address and manage their mental health concerns. I prefer to utilize solution-focused techniques, mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in treatment. I further utilize person-centered techniques and psychoeducation to assist her client’s in finding their individualized paths to wellbeing.

My idea client is someone who is 18+ feels like they need assistance, support, and help through life transitions. These life transitions or adjustments can result in grief, stress, relationships problems, worsening mental health, substance use/addiction. My job is to be of service these clients by listening, empathizing, and helping them reach their full potential so they can move on with their lives. My ultimate goal is for my clients to not need me anymore as they develop the skills and perseverance for the next transitions or adjustments that comes their way.
