Hi there! I'm Reanna and I want to assist you in reaching your full potential! Life is hard and full of complicated twists and turns and I can be here to guide you. My ideal client is someone who is motivated to change; you don't need to know where to start, we can work together to figure that out!

Since I was first licensed in 1991, I have worked with a wide range of clients, in a variety of setting. My passion is helping people overcome trauma. I specialize in working with children who have experienced sexual abuse. I work with children as young as 3, through adulthood. I believe we all have the capacity to overcome and grow, given the opportunity and resources to do so.

Therapy can be scary because it takes honesty & the courage to open up about hard things or what is happening with your child. It can also be incredibly helpful for you or your child. We all need help at times. This is not a weakness & does not mean anything is wrong with you, or your child. I work with individual clients (5 & up), providing empathy & a safe space without judgment. I also offer assessments for 4 year olds & may take them on, on a case by case basis. I believe in meeting the client where they are at. Some people need me to match their pace as they embrace change & others need me to push them to find motivation.

I started my private practice, Hearts To Minds, about a year ago as it has been a long dream to inspire others and create a safe place for those who want to come along on a positive journey.
