One of the hardest struggles in life can be trying to learn how to navigate the world when something is lost. Facing the reality that we as humans have to grieve losses can be excruciating – whether the loss be of a loved one, relationship, or simply your sense of belonging in this world. Life-altering changes are inevitable parts of the human condition, but this doesn't make them any less painful. Realizing the impermanence of all things can be difficult to bear.
