We often hear that the only way out is through, but going through our emotional suffering and symptoms to make it out — to have healing and wellness — can feel overwhelming. That’s where I come in. I will provide a safe and accepting environment for you to unpack your layers and understand your experience. I will help you find your inner resources to navigate difficult situations. I provide guidance for learning to identify emotions and feel feelings in a safe and nurturing way. My hope is that you come to know yourself better while you develop agency and confidence in your ability to cope with life stressors.

My experience includes helping adults cope with the challenges of life transitions that often include relationship issues, family conflict, parenting issues, and career difficulties. Within my practice, I have advanced training to support clients faced with new diagnoses or chronic illnesses, end of life issues, and stressors that come with being a caregiver. I believe that unresolved issues in any part of your life, regardless of its origin, can cause increased feelings of pain or discontent as you struggle to adapt and grow. It is the struggle that then presents as anxiety, depression, or other unwanted behaviors that prevent you

I have a passion in assisting individuals and walking with them on their journey, so they can achieve fulfilling lives and are able to reach their maximum potential. I've been a therapist for a little over 10 years. I've done intensive in-home family therapy, group induvial and family therapy in a pediatric mental hospital where I was an assistant unit director and provided supervision to other therapists. In the past I taught anger management classes to kids, taught divorce classes to divorcing parents, and relationship classes to single and married people in the past. Online I've worked with kids as well as done a fair amount of couples counseling.
