My passion is helping younger adults in their healing journeys, particularly those who have experienced trauma, don't have self-love, have learning disabilities, cognitive processing disorders, and ADHD. I believe that our self worth and loving ourselves is what creates a foundation for our relationships and other areas of life to flourish. Throughout life, trauma can impact how we view ourselves and how we treat ourselves over time.

Facing change in life is daunting, overwhelming and scary. I've lived that experience. Having worked in the mental health field for 10 years, I have come to believe in living a life of transparency. I practice from the place of "Knowledge is Power". I provide my patients feedback in the moment and work to challenge and encourage my patients to look at situations from a different perspective. My patients gain skills, knowledge and life change through therapeutic interventions specific to their needs.

I love people on the Autism Spectrum and value them for who they are. My goal is to help them becomes as independent, happy, and healthy as possible. I see Autism and its strengths as something to be cherished, not something to be "fixed." I also love supporting the people who guide persons with Autism and want them to feel as though they are supported as well.

I specialize in aiding with life transitions, resolving family conflicts, navigating marital challenges, and overcoming anxiety and depression. Research shows that being near trees or water can help lower anxiety and depression symptoms... I offer experiential therapy of hiking and kayaking to help raise endorphin, dopamine, and serotonin levels, as well as dog therapy to get the oxytocin chemicals raised.

Madyson McKelvey is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her master’s degree in forensic mental health counseling from Roger Williams University and obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in sociology from Bowling Green State University. Madyson has practiced in residential, outpatient, and home-based settings working with children, adolescents, adults, and parents.

Robert French (Licenced Professional Counselor) earned his MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Dayton and studied as an undergrad at University of Alabama. He has experience working in both business and public service. Robert has counseled clients experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma/PTSD, and relationship and career issues, and offers Christian counseling upon request. He uses a mixture of CBT and motivational interviewing to provide an accepting and therapeutic environment to work through life's challenges.

I specialize in working with adults with trauma especially childhood trauma. I have experience working with addiction, codependency, eating disorders, adult children of alcoholics and those that would like to have better control of their feelings. My clients are able to learn how put the past in the past and grow without the past continuing to haunt them.
