I will make suggestions as to how to cope, challenge, manage thoughts, and feelings while improving relationships through the process. I practice a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help clients learn how to experience difficult thoughts and emotions without suppressing them, in order to make values-based decisions. I believe you can build a fulfilling life no matter what has happened to you. I additionally practice EMDR to help individuals safely reprocess traumatic experiences. I am an EMDR Certified Therapist.
