MaryAnn O'Malloy, LPCC, provides empathetic, caring, and supportive mental health services to clients across Ohio. Practicing at LifeStance Health, MaryAnn is committed to helping clients navigate a variety of mental health challenges using evidence-based techniques and a trauma-informed perspective. Specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), MaryAnn focuses on achieving effective and lasting results for clients struggling with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma.

Jennifer Saporito has more than 25 years of experience as a clinical and medical social worker. Her work at the Cleveland Clinic for more than 20 years included service on the internal medicine, liver transplant and both child/adolescent and adult psychiatric inpatient units, as well as at the Center for Specialized Women’s Health. She specializes in treating women coping with mood issues, life changes, menopause, and grief and loss. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and her master’s degree in social work from Case Western Reserve University.

Mona Breitbeil is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a master's degree in counseling from Xavier University. She has been in practice since 2011 and works with adults between the ages of 25-64. Mona has experience providing mental health treatment utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and solution focused therapy. Ms. Breitbeil has a holistic approach to care which includes a special personal interest in nutrition, exercise, and a wellness lifestyle. She specializes in working with adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and loss.

Adrienne Cenci, LPCC-S. Everyone has their own unique story to tell. Adrienne utilizes a collaborative approach with clients incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) which include mindfulness and stress management techniques. She provides individual counseling for adults ages 18 to 64. Her areas of specialty include Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, trauma, grief, and substance use disorders. Her work is grounded in the belief that we can heal from the past, so that we can live fully in the present.

As a clinical psychologist with over forty years of experience, I provide treatment for stress, depression, and anxiety. I am also a licensed independent chemical dependency counselor. In addition to individual therapy, my areas of specialization are family issues, child and adolescent problems, couples therapy, and alcohol and substance abuse issues. My initial goal is to develop a customized treatment/action plan after careful and efficient evaluation.

Ellen Gormley, LPCC Ellen Gormley is a clinical counselor with over 10 years of experience. She earned her master's degree in community counseling from the University of Cincinnati and her bachelor's degree in socio-psychology from the University of Mount St. Joseph. She has experience working in outpatient, partial-hospitalization, mediation, crisis management, and community mental health settings. She works with individuals ages 15 and older. She is trained in goal setting and mental health treatment to help individuals and couples improve their lives.

Matt Wick, LCSW Matt Wick is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Ohio who has been practicing since 2013. He has a Bachelors in Sociology from Ohio Northern University and a Masters in Social Work from Case Western Reserve University. Matt believes that everyone has the right to live in their best life and be given the best treatment to help them get there. In his spare time, Matt enjoys jigsaw puzzles, reading, hiking, traveling, swimming, watching movies, and television.

Jamie Hinman is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with nearly 30 years of experience. He earned a master's degree in clinical social work from the University of Cincinnati and a bachelor's degree in psychology at Eckerd College. He has provided diagnostics, psychotherapy, and case management to children, adolescents, adults, older adults, couples, and families, mainly in medical and community settings. He has also provided supervision and training to other behavioral health clinicians, as well as to a variety of healthcare and business professionals.

Jenna Scott is a Licensed Independent Social Worker in Ohio who has been practicing since 2018. She has a Bachelor's Degree from University of Cincinnati and a Master's Degree from Northern Kentucky University. Jenna specializes in psychotherapy, CBT, Trauma informed therapy, motivational interviewing, solutions focused therapy, and addictions. Outside of work, Jenna enjoys exercising, playing with her dogs, watching anime, reading fantasy books, and spending time with friends.

Ann believes in a treatment philosophy that includes solution focused, holistic, and CBT methodology. Carin Ives-Clark is a licensed professional clinical counselor who has been practicing since 2014. She earned her bachelor's degree in special education from the University of Cincinnati and her master's degree in counseling from Xavier University. Carin uses a holistic and supportive approach to treatment and believes clients need to be involved in working towards their treatment goals. Her experience includes working with a diverse population of children, adolescents and families. She provides individual and family therapy for mental health and school concerns.
