I stress long-term change in addition to short-term symptom relief and focus on giving clients the tools and insights needed to help themselves on an ongoing basis. My specialties include relationship problems, adult survivors of childhood trauma and abuse, infertility and adoption. I also work with a broad range of other emotional challenges in my general practice, including, but not limited to, anxiety, life transitions, co-dependence, re-building after divorce, unresolved anger and problems with self-esteem. I work with adults, children, and adolescents from the greater Cleveland area.

My ideal client would be someone who would like to understand what life experiences helped to shape who they are and what they can learn from those experiences. They would like to know how to identify and build on their inner strengths and have someone understand them from a culturally sensitive perspective. Their goals would be to bring back a sense of harmony, balance and mental/emotional well-being and to learn skills to maintain a state of optimal functioning. They would want to raise their consciousness and understand themselves from a mind, body, spirit perspective, so they can be the highest expression of themselves.
