I have two master’s degrees in both Social Work and Criminal Justice with a concentration in Forensic Psychology. Welcome to my practice! I am a licensed psychologist with 19 years of experience in conducting psychological evaluations, coaching and providing treatment to adolescents and adults in a variety of areas.

My role is to walk beside my clients as they find their own solutions. I bring a background from journalism, theater, film, event production, dj, and comedy writing to my practice. Bridgett Holzheimer earned her master’s degree in community counseling at John Carroll University in 2006. She has worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor for about 18 years in different environments that include agency, hospital, private practice, and telehealth platforms. I believe that people are curious and usually strive to make sense of their internal selves and the world around them. In this process we are often guided, influenced, and diverted by various factors. These factors are endless and include, but are not limited to; experiences, parents, society, friends, work, and morals. While these variables can help us to grow, they may also hinder progress, leading to stagnation and dysfunction. I assist others to gain awareness of these factors either within or outside the self.

In my 30 years of experience as a child and adult clinical psychologist, I have developed a diverse set of assessment and therapeutic skills, allowing me to provide optimal care to children, adults and families. I am a member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC), and my specialties include helping families going through the difficulties of divorce, parent coordination, preserving a cooperative and collaborative environment to keep the children's best interests a priority, and conducting court-ordered custody evaluations. Attorneys and courts frequently request these services in order to help resolve child custody and parenting disputes.

Racheal Wilson (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is supervised by Michael Pollak, PCC-S. She provides individual counseling to adolescents (16+) and adults. Her areas of focus include bipolar disorder, dual-diagnosis, substance-use disorders, schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders, complex trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder.

I enjoy working with adults who have an interest in addressing mental health issues, including struggles with addictions. I also love to work with young people, ages 11 to 17. It is very rewarding to work toward a goal with a client and assist them in realizing their full potential. I have been fortunate to work with many types of individuals, such as those who want to deal with short-term or long-term problems. I am also bilingual in Spanish. Often people come to therapy because they want to solve an issue they have been struggling with for a long time, or sometimes it is something urgent that just suddenly arises.
