Kristy M. J. Amos is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S) with certification in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) who is passionate about empowering and supporting her clients to recognize and utilize their strengths to reach their goals. Ms. Amos emphasizes the importance of building a supportive and non-judgmental rapport that allows her clients to feel safe as they work towards their self-potential.

Ms. Pachana has experience working with all ages (preschool through adolescent), with particular experience working with elementary-aged children. She has a diverse background working with children with autism, anxiety, mood disorders, behavioral disorders, trauma, ADHD, dyslexia, and learning disabilities. Ms. Pachana believes in the importance of developing a strong relationship with children and providing counseling and intervention through the use of hands-on activities and play. She also provides parents and educators with specific tools needed to help children in their everyday lives at home and at school.

I am a perinatal certified provider, focusing on supporting clients through women's health experiences like pregnancy, infertility, postpartum challenges, and life transitions, including the journey to motherhood. I value creating and holding a safe, confidential space for clients to explore self-understanding and work towards healing. I am empathetic, non-judgmental, and warm, and use humor as a therapeutic tool.

I am a Licensed Social Worker who graduated with his Bachelor’s degree and Master's degree in 2021 and 2022, respectively. I have served in the United States’ military since 2006, which has included travel throughout Europe, Asia, Africa, the Caribbean, as well as throughout the United States. During this time, due to his transient lifestyle, I have honed the ability to cultivate meaningful connections with people from various cultures and backgrounds. I believe everyone has a unique combination lock to protect their thoughts, feelings, and will; and once unlocked, the answers to one’s troubles are discovered.

I want to help you address concerns, achieve goals, and make positive changes in your life by adding a sense of comfort into therapy. I hope to provide a genuine and compassionate approach to mental health and wellness and pride myself on listening empathetically.

Mental health issues that affect learning, such as Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, poor social skills, behavioral issues, stress management, poor organization skills, learning disabilities, self-esteem issues, and poor "adulting" skills are the most critical issues I evaluate for and/or treat. My primary services are psychological testing/diagnosis and counseling. I accept clients ages 3+ but specialize in working with ages 12+.

Jayme Aronberg is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with specialized training in perinatal mental health. Using a strengths-based cognitive-behavioral approach, Ms. Aronberg supports clients through their reproductive journey with compassion and empathy. Her approach focuses on empowering clients to draw from their resiliency during challenging lifecycle changes. She holds a Certificate of Completion in perinatal mood & anxiety disorders from Postpartum Support International and has served as a facilitator of a peer-led support group with Perinatal Outreach and Encouragement for Moms (POEM) since 2018.
