So many times we are held back from being the full and true version of ourselves because of negative thought patterns and misguided feelings that we have about ourselves and the world around us. Becoming a healthy and fulfilled version of ourselves free from societal expectations can be scary. What if I lose people? What if I am wrong about what I want? What if my family won't accept me? What if I fail? What if I can't do it? I am seeing clients of all ages and walks of life to help them become the people that they want to be.
