Let’s be real. Life is hard. You may feel stuck repeating the same patterns in your life, exhausted from fighting the negative stories your mind tells you, overwhelmed from constant stress, or weighed down by the past no matter how hard you try to let go. You desire to build self-compassion, live with intention, regulate your nervous system, and feel securely attached in your relationships. Therapy can help you deepen the relationship you have with yourself and others, process complex emotions, learn skills to manage stress, and heal from the wounds that once harmed you.

I work with adults and couples addressing depression, anxiety, relationship, mood disorders, grief, trauma, and spirituality concerns.
Hello, my name is Greg Stimler and I am here to help you find that path to joy, peace, and confidence in your life. You may be coming here under the burden of out of control reactions to things, stuck thinking tendencies, and doing things over and over again without clarity why or how to change any of these things. Or you may be doing "ok" but just feeling like you are spinning your wheels in life and lacking that passion and laser focus you wish you had to keep going. People are seeking clarity of that "why" in life and the "hows" to live it fully. I am here to help provide tools, support, guidance, and another perspective.

Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, grief, or relationship challenges, I offer multiple and varied treatment approaches.
I once read, "We Are All Just Walking Each Other Home." I liked that so much. It's a heart-opening image. Yet, it's not always smooth sailing. We grapple with emotions, encounter unexpected behavior from others, and face conflicts. Then, how do we meet our own expectations? There's a complexity to it all—moments where we feel overwhelmed. Yet, with unwavering faith, we try again, waking up every morning and continuing to face life head-on. We become heroes with each act of kindness, each shared smile, and each glimmer of hope we offer to others.

I focus greatly on the importance of building a relationship with my client and honing in on their strengths, as a means to build a trusting and safe environment.
Life can be complicated and challenging at times and we could all use a little support. I truly believe that therapy should be specific and unique to each individual. My goal is to help empower you to be the best version of yourself, specifically by guiding you through your own healing process and journey.

My name is Delenny Dubose, I am a licensed Clinical Social worker. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy are the most common theoretical approaches I use in treatment. However, during the intake sessions, I work with individuals to develop a treatment plan tailored for them. I generally work with clients who are struggling with managing symptoms related to depression and anxiety. Or individuals navigating relationship challenges. I work with the client to develop clear and specific goals that we agree will meet their needs.

I enjoy healthy, wholesome conversations that create a good relationship with you.
Hello, my name is Brenda Canada and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with supervisor credentials, located in Ohio. I have years of experience in community and office-based counseling, as well as tele-therapy. My approach with therapy leans toward solution-focused therapy, as I believe that unless the stressful issues that we deal with every day are resolved, we cannot focus on our mental health, because we are going back into the same situations that cause the issues. I encourage my clients to find hope for the future, for without hope, we cannot continue.

Relationship Issues Therapists
While need for human connection appears to be innate, the ability to form healthy, loving relationships is learned. Some evidence suggests that the ability to form a stable relationship starts to form in infancy, in a child's earliest experiences with a caregiver who reliably meets the infant's needs for food, care, warmth, protection, stimulation, and social contact. Such relationships are not destiny, but they are theorized to establish deeply ingrained patterns of relating to others. The end of a relationship, however, is often a source of great psychological anguish.
