I enjoy working with adults and young adults 18+ who want to work on their mental health. I have had the privilege of working with the elderly population in Alzheimer's and dementia care in various hospital systems. I also enjoy working with adults that are seeking a listening ear, a compassionate heart, and no judgment.

Seeking help for your mental health can be intimidating, which is why it is essential for you and I to find common ground and discover your strengths to create a sense of security. Therapy will be a collaborative process between you and I, where you are the expert of yourself and your relationship. I encourage vulnerability, but only when it feels safe to do so. Together we will bring awareness to how the problem is affecting you so that we can identify creative solutions and take steps toward your goals. I graduated from The Ohio State University in 2019 with a Master's of Social Work.

I am trauma-informed and my approach to therapy is warm and person-centered. The idea of processing and working through trauma can be overwhelming. You are the expert on yourself, and I aim to provide a space where you can be authentic and feel safe to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences.

It is with much admiration and respect that I engage with clients in the journey to wellness. As a therapist, I have always believed in the strength of the individual to heal. I have a depth of knowledge in how trauma impacts individuals. It is part of who we are, but doesn’t need to define us. It can be difficult to seek help when things seem overwhelming and that is why I have always tried to create a warm, compassionate and safe environment for clients so they can feel accepted wherever they might be in their journey of self discovery and growth.
