With over 30 years in the counseling field, I have abundant life experience as well as an accumulation of coping skills and counseling expertise for depression, anxiety, panic disorder, family dynamics, marital dynamics, PTSD, grief, stress management. Having been successfully and happily married for 42 years with one grown son has resulted in many relationship coping skills with which to help others. Good family relationships don't just happen. I have been providing mental health and addiction treatment to individuals for 16 years. I specialize in co-occurring disorders ie. addiction and mental health conditions as well as the wide range of issues that tend to go along with addiction, such as but not limited to trauma, domestic violence and spirituality. Specific areas of focus are depression, anxiety, bi-polar, adjustment disorders, stress management, learning good self care, codependence and grief.

His specialty interests include boys’ and men’s issues, depressive disorders, addiction and co-occurring (mental health and addiction) disorders, conflict resolution, and personal insight counseling.
