Vinnie Colecchi, MSW, LSW is a licensed social worker who has been practicing therapy and substance use disorder counseling since 2016. He graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2016 with a bachelor's degree of science in Addictions Counseling, and later in 2021 from The Ohio State University with a master's degree in Social Work. Vinnie believes in an approach to therapy which he characterizes as learning the skills to live a values-oriented life while confronting and making space for difficult emotions and life circumstances. Vinnie specializes in working with anxiety, addictions, and depressive disorders.

Vicky Pomarico is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Ohio who has been practicing since 2006. She has a Master's Degree from Ashland Theological Seminary. Vicky provides a safe place where individuals feel empowered to heal from their experiences and build a hope for the future. She offers a holistic approach using evidence-based practices including TFCBT, traditional CBT, person-centered therapy, and behavior management, as well as offering self-care plans and coping skills. Each client will receive an individual plan that meets the needs of their overall wellness.

Elise Bailey is a Licensed Social Worker through the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Criminology with minors in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and History from The Ohio State University in Spring 2022. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from The Ohio State University in Spring 2024. Elise Bailey dedicates herself to guiding clients in pursuit of mental well-being with a focus on fostering collaboration and empowering individuals to achieve their therapeutic goals.

I assist clients who struggle with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression and want to bring about change in their lives. I help clients who want to find a balance and stability within themselves to learn and reconnect to a more desired life.

My ideal client is open about their issues and needs and motivated to work through them. My client's goal will be to build a foundation of good mental health that they can carry with them for the rest of their lives and use to improve their own lives as well as their family and friends. My ideal client comes to therapy because they want to be there and value what they can learn from their therapist and themselves.

I specialize in seeing clients who struggle with over-controlled personality types. Do you work too much? Want things to be perfect? Strongly dislike being out of control of situations? Or feel like you have to do things in order for them to be done correctly? My ideal client is simply a client looking to learn and grow. I have treated such a wide variety of diagnoses and people from all over the country. I am open to most clients as long as they are adults.

Are you a young adult woman experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, and even trauma? Self-discovery and creating/finding identity are goals I work best with. In my most recent job, I have found that domestic violence survivors and women who experience issues specific to being a woman have piqued my interest. As a therapist, the most rewarding thing is to guide women toward embracing themselves for who they are, heal past wounds, and empower them to live fully and authentically. I believe I have been given a purpose in this world to serve others, and that's what I was created to do.
