I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker and a trauma focused therapist. I utilize various evidence-based practices in order to provide quality care, while exploring your psychological and social needs. My style of counseling is straightforward and direct, but I do not tell you what to do, but help you to figure out what action is best for you. I use CBT (talk therapy ) and Person Centered Therapy, as well as hypnotherapy. I have helped hundreds of people struggling with depression, anxiety , addiction and those in the LGBTQ+ community. I have been doing this a long time and understand we all make mistakes. I believe the important thing is to be willing to work for change.

I am highly trauma-focused, as well as spiritually-oriented. I treat all ages and all mental health concerns and collaborate with needed professionals to ensure the most effective treatment. Dr. Christina Woloch (pronouns: she/her) is an experienced licensed professional counselor and independent chemical dependency counselor who works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Her specialty interests include: anxiety and depression management, trauma or self-esteem related issues, grief/loss/bereavement, addiction (behavior and substance use), co-occurring (mental health and addiction) disorders, career development, and anger management. She also works affirmatively with LGBTQ+ adolescents and adults to address their mental health, wellness, career, and educational needs.

I have a great passion to help people of all ages, religions backgrounds, genders and sexualities. It has always been important that my clients and I have a good relationship based on mutual respect and understanding. I have been working in the mental health field for 10 years. In this time I have done extensive work in schools (advocacy, counseling, IEP/ETR work, and making plans for student success), in hospitals, and in client's homes. In this time I have picked up the ability to work with any situation, big or small.

Dr. Dunn is a licensed clinical psychologist with experience and expertise in providing treatment to adults. He was born and raised in Holmes County, Ohio. He served as a U.S. Air Force Psychologist for four years before establishing a private practice in Columbus, and then in 1998 opened New Life Counseling in Dover. In addition to treatment of depression, anxiety, and marital and family problems, he provides more specialized treatment in pain management. He lives with his wife and two children near Dover, and they are active in a local church.

Over the course of his career, Dr. Shelton has worked with patients struggling with a multitude of concerns, including anxiety, depression, identity concerns, behavioral problems, schizophrenia, personality disorders and more.
