Accepting New Adolescent and Adult Clients! Addressing your thoughts, feelings and behaviors can be scary and overwhelming. Not knowing what to expect can keep a lot of people from taking the first steps of reaching out. Once you do reach out, we will begin with an assessment to come to a conclusion as to what we are going to face together. From there we will create a treatment plan and set goals for your unique needs. Then we will meet weekly or every other week to slowly work towards meeting these goals together to help you find relief!
