My goal is to provide a non-judgmental, empathetic, trauma informed and sex-positive experience for all my clients as they navigate their own personal, relationship, gender or sexuality related concerns. I will work along with you to new pathways to healing and happiness. Additionally, I am fluent in American Sign Language as 2nd language with significant knowledge in Deaf Culture and can work with individuals/couples who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing.

I have over 20 years of experience working with adolescents and adults who are in need of mental health counseling to address life issues of stress, depression, anxiety, addiction, work issues, relationships, sexual issues and family dynamic issues. I enjoy helping individuals learn new coping skills for depression and anxiety. I also specialize with individuals who have trauma and grief and will help you resolve those issues. I especially enjoy working with families and couples in learning how to resolve conflict and improve intimacy, communication and trust issues. My belief is that Life is a journey and at some point, we all need help.

Hello, I'm Katelyn! I recently graduated from Capital University with a master's in clinical mental health counseling. I enjoy working with various diagnoses in private practice. I have experience in working with depression, anxiety, stress, anger, life transitions, and OCD. I am currently waiting to take my licensure exam. I am working under the supervision of Lauren Borrell LPCC-S.
