Picking a therapist is a big deal. As a therapist, I like to be casual (aka: I might be in a sweatshirt, leggings with no shoes). In my office, we laugh a lot but are serious too. I love people and am grateful to be in my client’s lives. I can be straight forward, but I am always empathetic. For the past ten years, I have enjoyed being a therapist for both adolescents and adults.
