Beth Lee has more than 30 years of experience in clinical social work, with special expertise in the treatment of anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD),life transitions and coping with chronic medical conditions. She began her career at the United States Air Force Regional Hospital at Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas, and has since served in therapist and supervisory positions in both California and Ohio. She served as social work department manager at both Fort Hamilton Hospital and Kettering Hospital and has also worked in private practice.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Mount Saint Joseph University in 2019 and earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Xavier University in 2022. Allie Rowlette is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Ohio who has been practicing since 2011. She completed her undergraduate degree in Family Studies at Miami University and completed her graduate program, receiving her MSW from University of Cincinnati. Stephanie Wheeler is an independently licensed marriage and family therapist. She earned her bachelor's degree in Sociology from Xavier University and her master's degree in marriage and family counseling from Adler University in Chicago. She has previous experience in both community mental health and school-based settings. She primarily utilizes solution-based counseling, which focuses on increasing awareness of what is already going well, as well as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and person-based counseling, which focuses on the individual. She also has Level 1 training in Gottman therapy, a research-based couple's therapy.

I have treated many mental health struggles. My training in recent years has been focused on trauma. And trauma can be so many different things for different people. I am now EMDR trained and offer that service if deemed appropriate as part of the therapeutic process.
