Master of Divinity degree from United Theological Seminary in 2002, with thirteen years of experience in pastoral care ministry.

Hello! My name is Shana Cronican and I completed a Masters in Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies, a Masters in Social Work with an independent license credential (LISW). With over twenty years of experience, advocacy, education and direct service; my adult life is dedicated to improving the lives of survivors and individuals whom seek guidance and help in order to strengthen their lives, relationships and purpose.

I am an independently licensed social worker supervisor (LISW-S) for the state of Ohio. I have 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, families and adults. I have worked in hospital, community, office and school-based settings. I began my career working in the inner-city schools with at-risk children. For the next few years my experience focused on working with kids and families related to trauma/abuse and integrated care (mental and physical health). In 2012 I expanded my experience working with adults in a hospital setting to provide psychosocial assessments and group therapy.

LaPrincess is a Licensed Professional Counselor and earned her Bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan College (2008) and her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Fort Valley State University. She is an experienced therapist, with training in play therapy, family skills, TF-CBT, foster care and adoption issues and perinatal mood disorders. She has worked in a variety of settings including public schools; group homes; foster care agencies; long term facilities and private practice.
