Hello there! My name is Katie and I'm a licensed professional counselor in the state of Ohio. I have a passion for working with individuals of all ages who are struggling with, but not limited to; stress and anxiety, depression, OCD, self-esteem, and other phase of life issues. My approach to therapy involves utilizing Person-Centered Counseling, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to create an environment of problem-solving by building on personal interests and strengths. However, I adapt my approaches to best suit the needs of my clients!

I've been in the mental health field for 10 years, working with kids (ages 6+), teens, adults, and families from many backgrounds. I am a warm and welcoming, laid back therapist who believes that therapy can be a fun and uplifting process. I will assign homework, ask you to try new things, and I'll strive to be creative and flexible in our work together.

Hello! People often choose counseling when issues such as relationship conflict, mood concerns and traumatic experiences begin negatively impacting the person and they are simply not where they want to be in life. I offer supportive counseling and consultation services to individuals using techniques that best meet their unique needs. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and have used EMDR with first responders, veterans and other individuals who have lived through high stress situations. My hope is that my services can provide the assistance needed to help the individual return to living the healthy and productive life they desire!
