Human connection is vital to the therapeutic practice and so during therapy, I do my best to provide a safe space to explore emotions and challenges as well as providing a space that is LGBTQIA+ affirming, anti-racist and Disability Justice Oriented. Hello! I am a board-certified Dance/Movement Therapist and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I strive to assist my clients to move through challenging experiences by helping them with understanding the power of the mind/body connection. The hope is that once this connection is better understood, an individual can reconnect to their life fully. I have had the privilege to work in community, school, and hospital environments as well as private practice settings with children to adults.

I am passionate about trauma, depression, anxiety, LGBQT concerns, personality disorders, and neurodivergence. An ideal client is an individual who has a growth mindset and explores their thoughts and feelings and how they impact their behavior.
