No matter how much we talk about it, we can often still feel stuck, sometimes even after years of talk therapy! Through a powerful combination of trauma-informed approaches, it is possible for these patterns to be reversed. I hold out tremendous hope for change because I have seen the power of the brain to heal from deep wounding.
