I am a board certified clinical neuropsychologist, working with children, adolescents, and adults. My comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations can be used to define the effects of behavioral and psychological concerns (e.g., ADHD, Autism Spectrum, anxiety, depression), or of neurological illnesses and injuries (e.g., head injuries, effects of prematurity, Tourette's Syndrome) on each client's processing.

Allison Predmore, CT Allison Predmore is a Licensed Counselor Trainee through the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. She received an undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and is currently completing a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Dayton. Allison uses an integrative approach to meet each client where they are. She aims to offer a person-centered, non-judgmental, and collaborative space to empower clients to define what living well means to them and work toward that reality while building confidence, awareness, and insight.

I currently have immediate openings for ADULT ADHD and ASD testing. This process involves an online diagnostic visit, an in-person day of testing at our North Campus location, and an online feedback session. We accept most major insurances, though be prepared that the process is often between $600 to $1500 AFTER the discount from your insurance. We are currently developing the systems to be able to test younger clients, but currently do not have the tests or infrastructure.

I appreciate building an alliance in therapy to create a safe space a client can use to process thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I use a cognitive behavioral approach, or IFS, to help clients find emotional freedom and produce change. I also have training in DBT for emotional regulation and anxiety, and EMDR to treat trauma and emotional distress. A hope I have for clients is to train the brain to live in the "gray" or to walk the middle path. I aim to help clients decrease emotional suffering that living in extremes can cause.

I've been a practicing therapist since 2009, and I enjoy counseling adolescents, adults, families and couples. I find that most people are searching for a therapist because they want to be happier. Perhaps this manifests through symptoms of worry or sadness, broken relationships, or simply feeling stuck or struggling to overcome something. I work with adult under the neurodivergent umbrella (autism, ADHD, OCD, PTSD, etc) to help them learn to manage symptoms with self-compassion and acceptance. There is a strong overlap of the autistic and ADHD community and LGBTQIA+ community, which I am joyfully and enthusiastically affirming of. I am also happy to conduct assessments for WPATH letters of endorsement for gender affirming procedures for trans and gender nonconforming adults, in addition to writing these letters pre-procedure. -Please note that I do NOT conduct autism assessments at this time-

Alexandra Restelli is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) who offers her clients a safe and nurturing space in order to begin the healing and rebuilding process, using her more than 5 years of clinical experience to provide individual counseling, family counseling, crisis assessments, interventions, adolescent therapy, and more. She specializes in treating chronic stress, dysfunctional relationships, co-occurring disorders, and disorders ranging from anxiety, depression, ADHD, to PTSD and panic disorders. Alexandra earned her Master's degree in Social Work from Ohio State University.
