Our time together in session is a thoughtful and collaborative process where we work towards building trust in a safe and non-judgmental environment, regardless of race, gender, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or background. My primary objective as a marriage and family therapist is to give you the tools you need to move forward in your life. I have personal and professional experience with individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and families living with chronic pain, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, PTSD, ADHD, divorce, infidelity, and OCD.

Relationships in Crisis: We Have Several Private Couples/Marriage Workshops & Seminars, in order to Rapidly Accelerate Your Healing & Your Communication Process (Traditional 45 min. session (Simply Does Not Work). During these 2 to 4 weeks, we will see both of you Together & Individually, as well as Help each of you Learn the Art of Empathy, Sensitivity & Compassion. These Workshops/Seminars are Designed to be Informative & Powerful, in order to Accelerate Your Healing Process & Stop any further Damage from Occurring. Our Success RATE is 85% of Our Couples that have Successfully Completed Our Couples Workshops or Alcohol Treatment.

Graduated with a MSW and certification in clinical mental health from the University of Pittsburgh in 2014. I specialize in working with youth and adults who are experiencing mental health symptoms, PTSD, addiction, and/ or behavioral issues. I also work with couples and families to help them make changes that allow them to effectively communicate, work through conflicts in a skilled way and be able to be genuinely affectionate with each other.

I am now accepting new clients! I know how difficult it is to obtain great relationship help or individual services. Ohio has a long wait list also for these services. I have also heard story after story about what happens when clients do not go to correct option. With marriage and relationships, everything is on the line. I also know folks are struggling individually. Relationships bring true satisfaction and are the core to wellness. I help with the entire continuum of friendship to intimate relationships. The couples program now has 25 years of success.
