We all experience pain--it’s normal. A lot can unsettle us as humans--feelings of anxiety and depression; career and identity development; making meaning of unpleasant thoughts, feelings, sensations, and experiences; and navigating the balance between chaos and control, freedom and responsibility, connectedness and differentiation, action and paralysis.
