Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) through the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Family Therapist Board. I work with children, teens, and adults with a range of concerns, including grief, complex and developmental trauma, PTSD, attachment issues, self worth challenges, relationship struggles, parenting challenges, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. It is important to me to provide a non-judgmental and compassionate environment for each client, where they feel safe in working towards their personal goals and finding their own autonomy.

I offer a safe online space for individual adults and a gentle, relationship-oriented process of holistic healing. I bring to you a broad doctoral background for almost any life concern you may be facing yet with specialized training and skills. Therapy groups also offered currently for gay men and for religious abuse or cult survivors (see below).

Infertility, miscarriages, sexual difficulties, postpartum anxiety and depression can be very hard for you and your partner to deal with and cause a strain in your relationships. These experiences may bring feelings of shame, disappointment, anger, and grief that could be overwhelming and difficult to understand for the people around us.

I consider myself an eclectic therapist who uses a multitude of therapies to create the best fit for each client. Including but not limited to EMDR, IFS informed EMDR, DBT, CBT, solution focused and somatic therapy. I am trauma focused and I believe that no trauma is too small. My goal is to help each of my clients work through their traumas, embrace their strengths and become an empowered and confident person. I do have a therapy dog in training named Mollie.
