I help women who are experiencing stress, anxiety, or depression feel grounded, supported, and validated. I am in tune with the unique ways that stress, depression, and anxiety affect women as well as specific triggers for these issues including women’s health issues, relationship issues, identity issues, work stress, family stress, infertility and reproductive trauma.

Many people turn to psychotherapy or counseling for help with anxiety, depression, trauma, painful relationship patterns, feeling stuck, or sometimes just the feeling that something is missing from life. Sometimes we may not have the words to describe our feelings, struggles or suffering. However, with insight into past relationships and experiences, many people can make progress immediately towards overcoming these difficulties and becoming more effective in their work and relationships.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been practicing since 2024. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Master of Science in Business Administration, and a Master of Science in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Dayton. I'm currently under supervision until 2026. I enjoy making multidimensional connections within the world, building relationships, and guiding individuals through their personal and interpersonal challenges. My clients have commonly describe me as an optimistic, realistic, and eclectic counselor.

Alexandra Restelli is a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) who offers her clients a safe and nurturing space in order to begin the healing and rebuilding process, using her more than 5 years of clinical experience to provide individual counseling, family counseling, crisis assessments, interventions, adolescent therapy, and more. She specializes in treating chronic stress, dysfunctional relationships, co-occurring disorders, and disorders ranging from anxiety, depression, ADHD, to PTSD and panic disorders. Alexandra earned her Master's degree in Social Work from Ohio State University.

Alexis Witte is a licensed independent social worker. She received her master's degree from The Ohio State University and her bachelor's degree from University of Dayton. She has previously worked providing therapy to school-age children, adults, and couples in both home and office settings. She has also served as an administrator for behavioral health services in the juvenile justice system and as an executive director of a substance use disorder and mental health agency.

I am a licensed independent social worker and a licensed independent chemical dependency counselor with over 15 years of experience with individuals and groups from many different backgrounds and settings. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, addiction, and personality disorders. I'm interested in your mental health and overall recovery. There are a lot of therapies out there that claim to be ‘the’ way, but I find that if something is too good to be true, it probably is.

I utilize a trauma- informed approach in working with clients ages 15 and up who are experiencing concerns related to depression, anxiety, substance use, grief, anger management, thought rumination, relationships, life transitions, career guidance, mood disorders, personality disorders, past trauma, and PTSD. I currently have immediate openings for ADULT ADHD and ASD testing. This process involves an online diagnostic visit, an in-person day of testing at our North Campus location, and an online feedback session. We accept most major insurances, though be prepared that the process is often between $600 to $1500 AFTER the discount from your insurance. I work primarily with young adults and adults who struggle with eating disorders of all types, but I also have extensive training to treat and support the often co-occurring disorders that can accompany eating disorders, such as anxiety, depression, and past trauma. My clinical work and years of experience have shaped my therapeutic practice in a way that attends to the entire continuum of my patient’s care. From the initial meeting, to the celebration that successful termination brings, I work hard to foster trust and learning as we navigate eating disorder recovery together.

Allison Predmore, CT Allison Predmore is a Licensed Counselor Trainee through the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. She received an undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and is currently completing a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Dayton. Allison uses an integrative approach to meet each client where they are. She aims to offer a person-centered, non-judgmental, and collaborative space to empower clients to define what living well means to them and work toward that reality while building confidence, awareness, and insight.

Kimberly received her Master's Degree from Ohio University and has been practicing for 17 years, serving a variety of populations, including adolescents in alcohol and drug treatment, schools and outpatient treatment, families and couples, and individuals in a variety of settings, including acute inpatient, outpatient, community mental health, and long term care. Kimberly's areas of emphasis include working with anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD screenings, trauma informed care, women's issues, and alcohol and drug concerns. She enjoys helping individuals develop skills and strategies to live healthier happier lives.

Hello, I value good customer service and so I am doing in-person only. My clients appreciate this. It is the only way, I feel, we can spend quality time together. Healing the inner child is a process that combines work on the mind, body and spirit. If we focus only on one aspect of this process, we are continuing to neglect that which has brought harm to us. We are only healing one half or one third of our whole being. Being brave enough to consider psychotherapy is a step toward choosing to become a better person, (or partner) choosing to heal or nurture your soul.
