My academic journey included studies in hospitality, Spanish, and geography, culminating in a master’s degree in social work from Ohio University in 2018. I have worked with adults and older teenagers from various backgrounds, with a focus on serving the LGBTQ+ community and people living with HIV. In community mental health and private practice settings, I have supported clients facing a spectrum of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, & interpersonal issues.

Somatic education and therapy is another option. Judy will guide you to greater self awareness so you can notice your unconscious holding patterns and let them go.
