Greetings, I am honored to have you reading my profile. I have worked in the mental health field for over a decade. In that time I have had the pleasure to work with a variety of different populations including children adolescents, and adults. Many of those clients who I have had the pleasure to work with have suffered from trauma, depression, anxiety, adhd, and other needs. I know how challenging it is to take the first step to healing, but believe me it is one of the best choices you will ever make. I would like to applaud you for your display of courage. It would be my pleasure to walk that journey with you.

I have experience treating ADHD, anxiety, autism, bipolar disorder, depression, gender dysphoria, trauma, grief, and chronic illness.
I believe the most important question we can ask ourselves is, "What do I want?" I believe that everyone has an ability to move towards growth, healing, and fulfillment. I approach therapy from a perspective learning and believe that the more we learn about ourselves, the better able we are to make choices about how we want to move forward in life. I use an integrative framework to address each client’s individual needs. I work from a trauma informed lens and use interventions from existential, Attachment Theory, Gottman, ACT, IPT, and EFT.

I work mainly with teens and young adults who have mental health disorders/issues such as anxiety, suicidal ideations, depression, trauma, grief, self confidence issues, self-harm, and ADHD.
I love providing my clients with a safe and nonjudgmental space for them to be themselves. My biggest goal is for my clients to know that they have someone there for them, someone who can help them with their struggles and provide them support. I want to help people find balance in their lives, and aid people in finding their true selves. I know taking the step to get counseling is not an easy for one for all, and I hope to make your experience as comfortable as possible!

Victoria has expertise working with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, Psychogenic Nonepileptic Seizures (PNES), Functional Movement Disorders (FMD), self-esteem issues, and ADHD.
Now scheduling in-person sessions at Bridge Park in Dublin for September and thereafter! I do offer "walk and talk" therapy as going outdoors in the immediate area is certainly a benefit, based on your needs and preferences. If you are seeking to work collaboratively and draw upon your internal strengths, learn new coping skills, emotional regulation tools, and build empowerment, we may be the right fit for each other! Be ready to explore the different parts of yourself, and at times use a sense of humor.

I am a queer, nonbinary, neurodivergent and leftist therapist. My specialties include navigating neurodivergent, transgender, and queer identities, as well as tackling issues related to autism and ADHD. Existing in a neurotypical, cishetero world, you likely feel pressure to be a certain way or meet certain expectations. As a result, you may be carrying feelings of shame, depression, anxiety, or self-hatred. Celebrating who you are or feeling pride or confidence might feel out of reach. I work with people to explore these sorts of problems and to create room for joy, celebration, and pride.

I have extensive training in ADHD treatment, am trained in EMDR and have extensive trauma training.
When people first see me they are full of stress, anxiety, and fear. They make decisions to please others and avoid tension. They can't seem to find order in the chaos of their lives. Their fear of what others think and lack of confidence keep them feeling stuck under a crushing weight of expectation from others and themselves. Before coming to see me, their brains felt more like an enemy than a vital organ. Their ability to trust themselves and others had collapsed. Like my clients, you deserve to understand your brain so that you can be in the driver's seat of your life.
