Hello! My name is Dr. Ashli Hill, and I am a LISW-S, TRCCII in Ohio, working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples and specialize in depression, stress management, anxiety, mood disorders, relationship management, trauma-informed care, and life coaching using CBT, Psychoanalytic Therapy, Trauma Therapy, and ACT to help my clients make progress and start feeling better. My communication style is calm and personable while engaging honestly.

My 30+ year career has found me working with people with anxiety and depression issues, as well as the incredible stresses due to life circumstances. I have been able to help clients who have found themselves with personality or impulse control issues. I tend to favor Cognitive Behavioral approaches in therapy, but am quite capable of adjusting my therapy techniques to best suit the problem.

Steven is a LPCC, and a LICDC-CS and has been providing mental health and addiction counseling for 30 years. i will look at my role in our journey so as to help you function at the highest level possible. I employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, where appropriate to allow the client to understand how behaviors can be affected by distorted thinking. I have worked in various settings in the mental health and addiction treatment, from private practice where once a week or every two weeks was the norm, to outpatient settings and inpatient/ residential settings. I have been trained at the Mayo Clinic in tobacco cessation.
