Life is both an incredible adventure and so unbearably hard that we are not sure what way to turn next. Sometimes people, even people who love us , make it so much more difficult. Sometimes we seem to be making choices that make things worse when all we are doing is trying to feel better or be true to ourselves. I have 23 years of experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings, serving a multitude of clients with moderate to severe mental health diagnoses.
