As a mental health provider I assist children, adolescents, and adults experiencing mental health symptoms. I engage, assess, diagnose, and apply behavioral theories to develop an effective treatment plan. During psychotherapy we address their unique situation, such as personal problems involving mental health, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Suicidal Ideation, and/or Trauma, to reduce the symptoms of mental health.

Hello! I am a licensed psychologist with Center for Evidence Based Treatment Ohio. I work with adults and adolescents with a variety of presenting concerns, including eating disorders, anxiety and mood disorders, and difficulties with emotion regulation, including borderline personality disorder, suicidal urges and self-harm. Having done much of my training at university counseling centers, I also enjoy working with young adults on stress management and navigating healthy development. I am an Licensed Professional Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist with special training in the attachment theory-based modality of Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. I believe in building a relationship with clients where they feel safe and accepted, yet challenged to grow.
