I am trained as a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist as well as in EMDR with a focus on Trauma. Your treatment plan will be tailored to fit your individual needs while working in a non-judgemental empethetic setting where you will be encouraged and given the knowledge to heal. We also offer a social anxiety support group free to adults on Sat Mornings 8am-9am.
