I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, but especially love working with clients who are goal oriented and motivated to experience healing and growth in all areas - mental, physical, spiritual, and relational. I specialized in the treatment of children with Autistic and learning disorders; however, I also have experience working with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. However counseling isn't limited to a setting where we only discuss stressors or illness - it is also a place where we can work on setting goals, strengthening what is already healthy, and developing new skills!
