I am a Master’s Level Licensed Professional Counselor with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences from Penn State University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Shippensburg University. My clinical experience includes working in various settings, including outpatient mental health treatment, partial hospitalization, university substance abuse programming, within the prison system, and wraparound services with children, families, communities, and schools.
I believe that it is important to meet your individual needs and will tailor treatment to address your concerns. I use an eclectic strength-based and person-centered approach in therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing strategies, and other theoretical techniques.
