As a clinical psychologist, I have over 15 years of experience providing evidence-based therapies for a variety of presenting concerns. I specialize in individual and couples therapy and approach therapy from a strengths-based, client-centered orientation. If you're struggling with relationship conflicts, mental health symptoms like anxiety or depression, or problematic substance use, we might be a good fit. When I am working with couples I use Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy along with Gottman based approaches and interventions. For individual patients, I use Interpersonal Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness Based Therapy.
