We work with people to offer the support, assistance, and connection that may be needed to continue a fulfilling journey.
Through the use of various treatment modalities including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and others, we will partner with you to assist in identifying your personal goals and assist in decreasing the suffering from any previous experiences that may be causing emotional and thought barriers in your life.
We utilize a respectful, trauma-informed, non-judgmental approach to the strengths-based focus and foundation of our practice. Additionally, we offer services in English and Spanish and are also now scheduling 1-3 day EMDR Intensives Sessions with free 20-minute consultations. We look forward to meeting you soon.
