My name is Obed Romero. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). In a nutshell, this is how I sum up the work I do: I am very passionate about providing a safe, empathic, and validating space for clients to explore their inner worlds while also teaching therapeutic skills to help manage a variety of difficulties! I am specialized in and have years of experience of working with adults diagnosed with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and anger-related disorders. I have also received training in couples therapy as well!
I am specialized in and have years of experience of working with adult individuals diagnosed with anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, anger-related disorders, as well as a variety of other difficulties. I am also very passionate about working with couples and underserved populations like the Hispanic/Latino population.
I am all about providing a safe, empathic, and validating space to explore emotions while also teaching therapeutic skills in managing various emotional difficulties.
