As a Gestalt Therapist, we look to gain awareness of the present moment in its totality to assist with changing our current paradigms. As a CBT Therapist, we look to the ideations/feelings/behaviors and what we can do to change them. As a Narrative Therapist, we look to you being you as you are not your problems. And using this Eclectic Approach, I hope to assist you to deal with you as you are.

Although our thoughts can pervade our mind and continuously bombard us, it is through the mind that we can develop a new way out. I will do my utmost to assist you in each session to delve into all that you are.

Each individual is unique and I use a plethora of theoretical orientations in order to find out who you are so that we can deal with all that is you.
