Whether they are struggling with anxiety or depression, developing their identity, or trying to integrate in social setting, we will partner to create tangible goals and work towards them. We utilize a blend of therapeutic techniques including CBT, client-centered, journaling and just talking. In all therapy, I am respectful of the mind-body connection.
My practice comes experience with children, adolescents and adults. My focus is on working with adolescents and their parents and helping them tackle anxiety, identity, and depression as well as navigate family and social relationships.
I focus on developing trustful relationships with my clients. My approach to therapy starts by being present, flexible, and accessible. I provide ongoing non-judgmental empathy and support as my clients work towards their goals. My approach is rooted in strength-based therapy as we leverage positives toward progress.
