Welcome to my page, I'm so glad you're here. I specialize in working with women who find themselves burnt out, anxious and fighting the nagging guilt that they are not enough. This can be a nagging feeling of needing to be "more productive" in a given day, to a profoundly disruptive way of how you show up in your relationships and how you show up for yourself. High functioning anxiety dosen't have to be the default way to live, and you don't have to keep doing more to finally feel at peace.

The only way to change is to define who you are and then change your habits to align with who your new self is. It's as simple as that, but the problem that arises the most with the clients who come into my office is; who is this new person I want to be. This can be difficult, because many times there are many underlying factors that prevent us, or that we perceive prevent us from taking the steps we need to move forward. It is my job is to help you realize what great potential you have inside you already. With that said let's work together to pick apart the old ideas you have of yourself, and create a new pathway forward.

I think one of the bravest things you can do is speak out loud, the things that scare and confuse you. Navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and trauma can be challenging when dealt with alone. In a non-judgmental but curious way let’s unpack emotions, challenge thinking patterns/behaviors, and learn to live authentically and not be in survival mode.

The road to emotional recovery is like taking a hike on unknown terrain without GPS. There will be ups and downs and bumps, to watch out for and deep roots along the way. Mindfulness, meditation and CBT practices are key in understanding yourself with curiosity instead of judgement, confidence with less doubt. I’m also offering outdoor therapy with Trail Talks! As an alternative to Telehealth and indoor therapy. “Beyond the pavement world” as Luanda Lynn Haupt describes in her book “Rooted” (an excellent read) can lead to anxiety reduction, decreased heart rate, boost immunity not to mention greater awareness, insight and clarity.
