I have worked with various populations and have a diverse background that includes clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, have a history of trauma, struggle with poor self-esteem and interpersonal challenges.  I am a big advocate on clients being themselves in sessions and helping each person understand that their voice/narrative matters.
