I have been a Clinical Psychologist for the past 24 years. I am specialized in treating children, adolescents, adults and couples experiencing various relationship and individual problems. Areas of specialization include: anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and family relational problems. In addition, I specialize in treating children with ADHD/ADD and other learning disabilities. In addition to providing psychotherapy, I also administer psychological and neuropsychological evaluations.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who provides psychotherapy services to adults, adolescents, children, and families. I specialize in short-term treatment and cognitive-behavior therapy for anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and mind-body issues. As a therapist I am caring and approachable, and I strive to balance empathy with an engaged and interactive style. I am multilingual (Spanish and Italian) and enjoy working with people from all different backgrounds. My goal as a therapist is to work with my clients in a supportive, structured and caring manner to help them feel better and manage their lives more effectively. This could include managing their anxiety, moods, relationships and workplace/ career issues. I utilize cognitive behavioral (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) techniques to assist my clients to regulate their moods and anxiety, as well as supportive and interpersonal therapy.
