TMR, which stands for "Treat Me Right" is a private practice that offers a comprehensive integrative approach to mental health care. We offer psychotherapeutic services to people of all ages. We offer support to individuals, couples, groups, and families. Our services include, psychotherapy, nutrition counseling, psychopharmacology and psychological testing.

Currently accepting new clients! I am a mental health counselor with a limited permit to practice in New York. I have additional training in grief and trauma-informed care and experience in several settings including a psychiatric and rehabilitation hospital, a Buffalo charter school, and agencies. My focus is with adults, families, and couples utilizing an eclectic therapeutic approach in order to successfully meet the needs of a plethora of different and unique presenting issues. I obtained my M.S. from Canisius College and B.A in psychology from Buffalo State University. I am also a member of the American Counseling Association.

I worked with teens, young adults, older adults and couples. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, relationship issues & family conflicts. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
