Hi! I'm Bob Beverley and I am a full-time psychotherapist who has become tired of all the self-help talk, religious jargon, academic theorizing, and new age viewpoints that show no respect for real people, their problems, and how hard their lives are. With an emphasis on wisdom, I want to help you reach your dreams, avoid some of the foolish pitfalls of life, and help you through those pitfalls if you do fall into them. I've created “The Sharp Club” for you. The club is designed to help you look after your own life so that you can be as sharp as you need to be- with yourself, for yourself, and with and for others.

I provide Ketamine Infusion Therapy for patients with mental health conditions including - Depression and Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, OCD, Postpartum Depression, Postmenopausal Depression, Adolescent Mental Health and Geriatric Mental Health. Many patients have failed other treatment modalities and respond extremely very well to ketamine therapy.

My clinical training is in the area of Cognitive-Behaviorism & Task-Centered Therapy; I practice short-term Dimensional Solution-Based Therapy (DSBT). I am of the belief that DSBT psychotherapy is one of the most effective tools for change - as long as you are willing to make a change. The idea & responsibility for change can be overpowering. I see my role, as a Psychotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist, as a way to help you identify patterns in your life that you want to modify - act on...and act on them now. (Now working with a extended network of: Life Coaches, Energy Healers, Reiki & Yoga Masters & Recovery Coaches).

I am a Diplomate in Clinical Psychology certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology. I'm psychodynamically oriented, while at the same time I am direct and interactive in my approach. My focus is on correcting maladaptive behaviors and identifying the unconscious processes and irrational beliefs which underlie them. My expertise is in helping persons who are depressed, anxious, experiencing loss, having relationship problems and/or concerns about sexual matters. I accept most insurance including Medicare. Office Hours: Tuesday thru Saturday, Morning and Afternoon.

Claudia Mitchell-Gambino, LMHC, NCC is a New York State licensed mental health counselor and board certified by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC). She has worked with individuals ranging in age from 18 "“ 75+ suffering from severe mental illness, as well as children and adolescents with emotional & behavioral issues. Areas of interest include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, substance use and trauma & stress disorders.

Kathy Smith is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York who has been practicing since 1995. It can be difficult to reach out for help. With Kathy, you can expect a warm, welcoming place to freely express yourself. Anne Whitton is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York who has been practicing since 1991. She has an Undergraduate degree in Human Services from University of Bridgeport, and a Master's degree in Social Work from SUNY Stonybrook. Anne promotes the connection with body, mind, and spirit. In her practice, she addresses issues of vulnerability, trust and healing, positive self-esteem, as well spirituality, and self-worthiness. Outside of work, Anne enjoys outdoor activities as well as time with family.

I have just completed Level 3 Training in Relational Life Therapy and advanced to Level 2 Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) with membership in the International Association of Trauma Professionals. I have a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling am currently licensed as a Mental Health Counselor in New York (LMHC). I have completed LifeForce Yoga Practitioner Training, Somatic Experiencing certifications and several Trauma Informed Yoga/Care certifications. I have been dedicated to giving back and worked on community projects for 20+ years as well as developed a free resource company Everyone Needs You Always, ENYA.

Ms. Welch is a New York State licensed mental health counselor who treats children, adolescents, adults and families. She received her master's in mental health counseling from Marist College. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). She has experience working with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, behavioral issues, trauma, family relational issues, and partner relational issues. She works in the Carmel and Millbrook offices.

Dr. Jacquelyn Elbel is a licensed Psychologist in New York who has been practicing since 1988. She holds a Master's and a Doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of North Texas. Dr. Elbel is easy to talk to "“ she listens well and opens the space for clients to explore their situation and issues. She is able to build relationships quickly with empathy, affirmation, and unconditional, nonjudgmental support. Dr. Elbel is able to EITHER allow the client space to process their own emotions and consider options OR help identify areas of concern and provide resources and direction.

Maydeline Morales is a bi-lingual, Spanish speaking, New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor and NYS Certified School Psychologist. Maydeline has experience working with children, adolescents, teenagers, adults, families and couples in individual and group settings. She specializes in various treatment approaches including play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
