It’s so natural for us as humans to suffer in silence, to hide ourselves because of the shame that we feel about saying, “Hey, I’m struggling.” My goal is to help you have the hard conversations. Hello, I have a great passion for serving Youth, Adults and Families. Sometimes we are faced with adversities or changes within our life that can be difficult to deal with and/or ask for help. School, work, relationship and life expectations may cause us to feel stressed, overwhelmed, disconnected or just overall tired. When this happens, we often experience an increase in symptoms of depression, anxiety or past trauma.
