Nicole's professional background includes working at Monte Nido Eating Disorder Treatment Center and private practice settings, where she integrated CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Somatic Experiencing approaches to provide comprehensive therapy.

Jessica has been providing counseling for the past year at my internship site, The New Hope Mental Health Counseling Services. She had worked with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, anger management, OCD, and grief and loss.
